The Cellini by la Pavoni is a stunning example of post-modern design by Carlo Gallizi. The innovative design of Cellini, where the quest for new forms and quality meets technological research to create a decisively avant-garde espresso maker. The body is made entirely of chromed steel making this espresso machine durable as well as functional. Designed in Italy, the Cellini is further enhanced by its cutting-edge technology.

The la Pavoni Cellini features a triple plated chrome steel body! The Cellini's dual pressure gauges monitor the espresso and cappuccino output. This espresso maker also comes with a pod adaptor allowing you to use convenient, pre-packaged espresso pods as well as ground coffee. The chrome plated, brass filter holder as well as the 60 mm coffee filters are oversized, similar to the commercial grade espresso machines. The unit returns unused water from the pump back into the water reservoir assuring fresh tasting espresso every time!

This la Pavoni espresso cappuccino maker features two frothing systems. Cappuccino frothing is both quick and simple with the reliable and easy to use Super Froth attachment. This system uses a turbo steam nozzle for heating and frothing milk as well as heating other hot beverages such as tea and hot chocolate. On the other hand, you may choose to froth by using the Cappuccino Automatic attachment. This system draws milk directly from its container delivering perfect froth directly into the cup, taking the guess work out of frothing. This system will not allow you to scald the milk before producing the necessary froth. Both are removable for easy cleaning. Initial warm-up time is a quick 2 minutes.

This modern espresso machine features a powerful, yet quiet, ULKA pump which allows you to enjoy early morning espresso without disturbing others. This powerful pump, producing 16 bars of pressure, drives the machine to create a creamy cup of espresso every time. The Cellini is equipped with two pressure gauges to monitor the pump pressure and boiler temperature. Micro-valves eliminate group dripping. This espresso maker has a full metal body with a top cup warmer. The convenient top-loading water container holds 40 ounces capable of producing 20 espressos or cappuccinos. Water can be added with the machine in the on or off position.
